Hochschulsportkurse
Der Hochschulsport der UP stellt ab Freitag seine neuen, in Präsenz geplanten, Sportkurse für das Wintersemester vor. Für die wie gewohnt sehr unterschiedlichen und vielfältigen Sportprogramme könnt ihr euch ab dem 19.10., 14 Uhr anmelden. Für alle Erstis: Die Kurse des Hochschulsport sind vergleichsweise sehr günstig und decken fast alle Sportarten ab.

Pub à la Pub und Waschhaus, DIE Partylocations in Potsdam, realisieren diesen Samstag eine Party zum Semesterbeginn. Nach dem Motto „Ohne Piks kein Tinnitus“ gilt die 2G-Regel im Waschhaus. Was vor einem Jahr undenkbar gewesen ist, holt das Waschhaus jetzt nach.

Corona Culture
In der „Alten Münze“ in Berlin gibt es derzeit die Ausstellung „Corona Culture“ zu sehen. Der Name verrät schon, um was es sich dabei handelt: Über 100 Kunstschaffende aus über 30 Nationen haben die kulturell stillgelegte Pandemie in verschiedenste Installationen und Kunstwerke verarbeitet. Der Ausstellungsraum erstreckt sich in den Katakomben über 4.000 Quadratmeter.

20.10. | Poetry Slam
Havel Slam
Auch der bekannte Havel Slam, also Poetry Slam von jungen Künstler:innen im Waschhaus, wurde in den letzten eineinhalb Jahren von vielen Potsdamer Studis vermisst. Im Oktober findet die Veranstaltung wie altbekannt „am dritten Mittwoch im Monat“ im Waschhaus statt, auch hier gilt die 2G-Regelung.

Teils prominente Vertreter:innen aus Klimaschutz, Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Politik diskutieren im digitalen Raum, welche Herausforderungen sie sich stellen müssen.

Uni-sport classes
The „Hochschulsport“ of the University of Potsdam releases its new course program for the next semester this Friday. Most courses are planned to be held on site. For everyone new at the UP: the Hochschulsport offers a broad range of sport courses for a relatively low price, and you get to meet new people on site. You can register for the courses on October 19th, from 2pm.

PubSemester Eröffnungsparty
Pub à la Pub and Waschhaus, the two famous party locations for Potsdam’s students, realize an event to celebrate the beginning of the new semester. They’ve got the motto „No Sting, no Tinnitus“, so you have to be vaccinated or recovered, the so-called 2G-rule. Such a party was unthinkable one year ago, so especially for all students who have never seen the Waschhaus from the inside: this is your chance.

Corona Culture
In the „Alte Münze“ in Berlin, there is an exhibition called „Corona Culture“. The name reveals what the display is about: more than 100 artists from more than 30 nations have worked their way through the pandemic until now, in which culture nearly ceased to exist. Their installations and artworks can be seen on an area of more than 4.000 cubic metres in the catacombes.

Havel Slam
The popular „Havel Slam“, Poetry Slam by young artists in the Waschhaus, has been missed by many of Potsdam’s students. This October, it’s back as usual „on the third Wednesday of the month“. Once again, you can only enter if you’re vaccinated or recovered.
